Shipping
All regular items are shipped via USPS first class post within three business days of purchase. Items purchased from a timed release will be shipped within a week of the close of the release. Prints with custom matting are shipped within five business days of purchase. Custom-framed prints will drop-ship from our framer in VT approximately three weeks after purchase.
We are located in Rhode Island. Please allow up to 6 business days for delivery to points along the west coast, up to 4 days for midwest and southwest, and 3 days for points along the east coast. Please make sure your shipping address has been entered correctly at checkout. Please refer to your tracking number for information regarding your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may take up to three weeks depending on the destination. If shipping is not available to your country at checkout, we have stopped service to those areas because of too many lost packages through USPS. If your country is not available, please contact us and we'll give you a quote for a private carrier like FedEx or DHL. Please note customer is responsible for all custom fees and/or import taxes. We are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government.
EU Customers: as of July 1, 2021 customers will be required to pay VAT on all purchases upon delivery by the carrier.

Returns
If your artwork has been damaged en route in the post, we will be happy to furnish a replacement. Please send us a photo of the damaged item with the edition number visible. Editions that have been signed by the artist cannot be replaced. Another number in the edition will be provided unless that edition has sold out, in which case, you will be provided with a full refund.
