"Apotheker Katze" is an edition of 100 prints by Scott Kennedy. With a small border for framing, the artwork measures roughly 6.75" wide by 8.75" tall. It was printed by Tiny Showcase and ships with a corresponding certificate of authenticity. The archival artwork has been printed on a heavy 290gsm natural white print making paper made from 90% bamboo fibres and 10% cotton.
Pictured hand-framed in maple with archival mat and glass by Providence's Joel Taplin of Taplin MFG. Framed artwork is archivally matted and hung with UV-protective glass. The hand-made frames are made from locally-milled maple with inlaid maple splines in each corner for added strength.
Scott has chosen Sierra Club BC as his artwork's charity. Sierra Club BC is a non-profit environmental organization working to protect and conserve British Columbia's wilderness, species and ecosystems, within the urgent context of global warming. The organization advocates the responsible use of British Columbia's natural resources while promoting a modern, equitable economy that sustains our planet in every way. $250 dollars from the sale of Scott's artwork will be donated to the organization.
